Terms and Conditions

1. The Company

SQNWeb is a trading name of SQNTech Ltd.

SQNTech Ltd is registered in England and Wales under company number 13674523.

All service agreements are entered into between the Client and SQNTech Ltd.

2. Services

SQNWeb provides:

• Website design
• Website hosting
• Maintenance and updates
• Ongoing support
• Optional add-on services

Services are provided on a monthly subscription basis.

3. Subscription Plans

Subscription plans are offered at:

• £99 per month
• £149 per month
• £249 per month

Prices may be amended with reasonable prior notice.

4. Payments

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance.

Failure to make payment may result in:

• Suspension of the website
• Temporary removal of hosting
• Termination of service if non-payment continues

If payment remains overdue for more than 14 days, services may be suspended until payment is received.

5. Contract and Cancellation

This is a rolling monthly subscription agreement.

Clients may cancel at any time by providing 30 days' written notice.

Upon cancellation:

• Hosting and support services will cease
• Website continuity will be subject to the agreed ownership terms

6. Website Ownership

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• The underlying website framework and technical infrastructure remain the property of SQNTech Ltd during the subscription period.
• The Client retains ownership of their branding, business content, logos and materials supplied.

Ownership transfer arrangements may vary depending on individual agreements.

7. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

• Provide accurate and lawful content
• Ensure all supplied images and materials are legally owned or licensed
• Not use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes

The Client is responsible for compliance with industry regulations applicable to their business.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under UK law:

• SQNTech Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, consequential or loss of profit claims.
• Total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client in the preceding 12 months.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.

9. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property in the website framework remains with SQNTech Ltd unless otherwise agreed.

Client-provided materials remain the property of the Client.

10. Termination

SQNTech Ltd may terminate services if:

• The Client breaches these Terms
• The website is used unlawfully
• Payment is not received

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
